Web Technology Explained

Don’t know your ASP from your Apache? Your cache from your CSS? Like any piece of technology the web comes with its own jargon, and it seems like new terms come up every week. A lot of the jargon is only relevant when you specialize so here we are posting descriptions of some of the most common terms.

Adobe Acrobat – a software solution made by Adobe that allows you to create pdf documents.  Adobe also publish a free tool known as Adobe Acrobat Reader that allows you to read pdf documents created by others.
