You’ve finally found the product that you’ve been looking for, and it’s the right price – but one nagging question keeps going through your head – ‘Should I buy from eBay if they use stock photos?’ It’s a question which many people ask themselves; they’ve heard about people being scammed by people who pretend to be selling items but just run off with their money, and it puts a huge doubt into their mind about whether they are about to be the victim of fraud also.

The really good news is that in general, buying products from eBay auctions that use stock photographs is a perfectly safe thing to do. In fact, the reason that so many people use stock photographs is that they are usually a far better job than they could do with their own digital camera, and so to make sure that you see just what you are getting – they show you amazing photos which actually do the item justice.

As a consumer, its of greater importance to be able to clearly see, in detail, exactly what you are buying, rather than looking at a dark photo that makes you misread your purchase. Take for example if you were looking for buy Air Force JAG license plates; it’s far better for you to be able to get a good picture of the exact color of the blue, the gold of the wings and the detail on the logo. In fact, you’d probably feel a lot more confident that you are buying exactly what you want because you’ve seen it in such clear detail.

So why should I buy from eBay if they use stock images? Well, in most of the cases it’s because your seller cares enough to provide you with the highest quality service, and that starts from the second you look at their listing and see what you are buying. Of course, there are still those few sellers who are looking to cheat buyers, but as long as you use PayPal as your payment method and don’t do business with sellers in unreliable countries, then you will be safe from the ‘bad’ sellers who are out there.

Air force jag license plates are just one example of a product where it is better to see a good quality image of your future purchase. You will also find stock photos cropping up in other listings, from clothing to homewares, but again, it’s simply because your seller wants to do the best possible job of displaying their products to you, the customer.

Many wholesale suppliers show these stock photos to retailers as a way to best show the elements of the merchandise. It’s a win-win situation for all involved, as if the customer is happy with what they see, they will make a purchase, which in turn means that the retailer will have to buy more products from the wholesale supplier.

Buying items which use stock photos mean that you don’t have to worry that you are buying something that is different to the picture. It cuts out all the confusion from a purchase, and gives you a great peace of mind.
